Subject: I'm out!

I just canceled my subscription, not because i dont like the game anymore but because its the baddest support i ever experienced in an online game.
Always when i logged on i couldnt talk in chat nor to any npc and after 5 mins it said: disconnected from server. Then when it finally worked again i was missing the yellow system messages. after several unanswered
contacts to gms one finally answered that i should delete certain folders in the wow directory. Well as i did that i certainly could see the yellow messages again but it was the same problem as before, even worser. everyone was ruinning around naked, i could receive messages but couldnt answer and was disconnected after several minutes. Now i just deinstalled/reinstalled the game and patched it all again and tried it without any mod and still same Problem.
Well i'm out since this pisses me off so much and i don't see to pay money to those bunch of blizzard idiots as a matter of principle.
