She has barely been playing with us. And maybe hasn't been used to such a discipline as ours in games.

I wasn't there, so of course its hard to say exactly how bad it was...

Did you send some private messages to get her attention? Did you yell at her? In public?

People get very embarrassed, if they feel, that they are causing troubles to teammates.

We often had problems with people not listening in Planetside. If we yelled to get their attention, and after that let it be publicly known in guildchat, what they have caused (like huge delays, preventing us from intercepting a besieged base in time for instance), and caused us to lose, they would be so ashamed, that there would never be a problem again ever after.


Oh, btw, I don't just kick ppl for not listening once. If I keep repeating and they hear me, but ignore me, then I will probably kick. Or if they are just too stupid or childish.
It is up to you to make the calls - if people seem utterly hopeless, then there is nothing else to do but kick.

Remember that kicking people is not necessarily bad. It sends a signal to everyone else in the guild, that we have standards and don't take too much shit.
