Subject: First MC Run!

Hey guys.

I spoke with Atlanticus, Kötta and Axetha in the last few days and we all agreed that we should have an MC run pretty soon to keep our members interested and to give them a "goodie" to see what we made the alliance for.

That's why Kötta, Axetha and me had a lil conversation with Trueangel, Leehta and Union just now. here are the resulst.

We agreed on our first MC run to take place on Sunday, the 11th of September at 3 pm GMT (= 4pm CET)!
-> Everyone signed up MUST be there half an hour prior to that. (If not, they lose DKPs & are replaced.)

Requirements to join the Raid
-> CTRaid of course!
-> Level 60, lower level only very exceptionally and with decent gear.

Raid - How it is build up.
-> Every guild can recruit 20 of their players. We should try to get 4 Priests, 4 mages, 2 Warriors, as many pallies as possible. The rests can be "random".
-> If one guild can't field the 20 guys, then the other guild can bring more. If they're not able to we agreed to let outsiders come with us who can gain DKPs for our raids. But their DKPs will increase only VERY slowly and therefore
it's very unlikely that they'll get an epic.

Voice Com
-> For now, the best solution will be if we used our TS server. Not everyone may talk, as it will be pure chaos with 40 guys talking. Either Group- or Class-Leaders will be assigned to do that.
Side note: how many guys can use the TS without causing too much lag? Cause if there isnt a restriction I'd suggest that everyone joins TS, but most people just listen.

Loot distribution.
-> Masterloot of course. The masterlooter will be named before each run. One time one of us, next time someone from Bound. This way no guild we get a feeling of inferiority.
Additionally I think it's no problem really. IF someone really ninjaed, it would make the whole alliance break and therefore spoil it for both guilds. I guess noone will risk that for just one item.
-> The DKP system is still not finished. Axetha, Kötta, Union, Atlan and me are trying to figure something out. But as I see it atm, it will turn out to be something like this:
1 Point for a Boss-Kill, 1 Point per hour. Or something like this.
-> The DKPs will be used for rare and epic drops on a bidding basis. Greens, well I guess that's not worth wasting a minute to think about it.
-> Reagents will be rolled for by only 2 guys - One MRC and one from Bound. They can be redistributed within the guild after the run.

For the first run only...
-> as we dont have DKPs yet, we decided on the following...
-> BoE items will be rolled for by the two "guild rollers" and redistributed after the run.
-> BoP items will be given out on a need basis UNLESS we got randoms with us. In this case, the two guild rollers roll for it and redistribute it within the guild and the Masterlooter give em out. In case there is a class specific BoP drop and we only have 1 of that class with us -> well everything else than him getting it would be stupid.

What we have to do now...
-> Help the guys that are close to 60 level up - especially Turbolence! And we need to do loads of BRD so everyone finishes the MC prequest.
-> Post this on the public board in a shortend version and create the event for it. (Just wanted the HC to read it first)
