Subject: High Counsellors - you have a responsibility!

Guys, you have to be more active in keeping the guild active when you are online! It seems to me that not much happens when Carrion and I don't take the initiative.

Create groups, play with the guys, talk to them, create bonds etc. We will lose them if they feel nothing happens, and we have lost many highlevels by now, far too many.

And please guys, focus on your highlevel characters. We need them badly, so we have a powerful team when we PvP. 50 is good, but please press on to 56-58 before relaxing.

I hope you guys will only rest-time level your alts until the mains are top level. I know that grinding instances gets dreadfully boring, but this is only a one-time job, after that it is sweet, fun PvP.

MRC has to drag this train. And Carrion and I can't do it alone - especially considering how busy I am atm, and that Carrion has a full-time job and he does want to do stuff in his spare time other than playing to keep the guild together.

Guys, if BG's is good, then this is definitely our game. It is now things are happening, and we can't afford to be too small a guild. So please help keeping the members we have, by keeping the guild active and friendly, and by strengthening the teamspirit.

And remember, just because you are playing an alt, you can still talk to ppl and team up with them.
