We live about 10 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, too! I hope you get a horse! I have to lease my mare out until we have enough money to end the lease. It is kind of sad seeing someone else riding your horse, but we could not have bought her if we didn't lease her out. Maybe you could try leasing a horse? I loved it, and the girl who leases my mare likes it, too. I wish it wasn't so hot in Florida! I love snow. We have a cabin and 76 acres in Upstate New York, but we cannot move the horses yet. Yesterday, it got to 99 degrees outside! And it's only June!
