First off, to avoid confussion, the person that wrote what I am responding to, is not Amoebaman.... it is the other eric. The one that goes by cindy_reds. You all know him, he is the one that sends out stupid jokes we were all tired of in the 8th grade, which, oddly enough, he just got done taking for the 4th straight year (better luck next year, Beave_Dawg). I have asked this zit on the ass of life to not send me these emails anymore, at least 4 times, but, alas, Erica's brain doesnt work like most of ours... Its kinda like when your puppy takes a crap on the carpet. You tell him not to and you believe in your heart that he knows and understands, but you come home from work the next day and there it is waiting for you, a big pile of eric er i mean shit right in front of the TV.
Anyway, while I took the time to dress down the Stars I love so much for a pathetic effort in game 1, Erika felt the need to tell me and the world that they "suck". Knowing as I do how much we all respect those that have nothing better to say than "*insert team here* rules or sucks" I will not address that part of what she.... er i mean he had to say, as in only makes Erika look like the idiot he is.
In closing, you wonder, cindy_reds, why I am talkin hockey in a "baseball" message board? For one thing, it isnt like anyone else is ever posting here, so why the hell not? And, if you will roll back the clock to when this forum was created by Jay, you will remember this isnt about baseball, it is about the sports-mlb room and the people that chat there. Not everyone cares when i post about hockey, but i dont really care when others post about the Braves, or Karma Sutra. If a thread doesnt interest me, I just dont read it after a few posts. There is no real topic here.... so if you want to bitch about something not baseball related going on in here, I will tell you this. All baseball, all the time, thats us.
PS. without that "pussy" the Stars would be playing golf 3 weeks ago watching the finals. Game one was the first time in 8 games he gave up more than 2 goals for the entire game. You take whatever goalie you want, I'll take Eddie. The Stars may not win this thing, The Devils are looking just too big and too strong and too fast and too commited to defense, but if the Stars dont win, it will not be because of the man between the pipes. (I mean the pipes that hold up the hockey net, not the pipes that sailors pay a quarter a piece to lay inside your mother)
