Subject: talkin smack about my beloved diamondbacks

well i know the season has just started and all but doggone i have to take the time to give my team the diamondbacks some props they are playing some fantastic baseball. when the season started i was extremely concerned how they would respond to the loss of matt williams for a big part of the season and the fact that their closer started the season on the diabled list. well they are having a great early part of the season i like what buck showalter is doing with his platooning at first base, catcher and third base. i mean they have 2 first baseman that could start for most major league teams in colbrunn and durazo and their catching tandem of stinnett and miller have combined for 11 homers on the young season. and i cant forget the fact that bell, gonzalez and finley have taken up where they left off last season as far as timely hits and home runs and heck travis lee seems to have regained the hitting stroke he had in his rookie season. and the most exciting thing that will happen later in the season is they will make a huge mid season pickup when matt williams comes back from his foot injury without making a trade and trading away any young talent (i.e. batista to toronto, penny to florida)and who can forgot how well the big unit is moving along 7-0 0.93 era hopefully the rest of the starting pitching can keep doing their job and the bullpen keeps getting the job done until matt mantei gets his mechanics right and gets over his injury. well that is the extent of running my big mouth and i do know that it is a long season and no one can predict how things will end up but the diamondbacks at least up till this time look like the real deal thanx for your time see ya clone
