I dont blame this individual for not acknowledging your apology. I wouldnt have myself. How could one be truely sorry after jus saying that to the whole room? You obviously meant it, or it wouldnt have been said. If you're trying to get the creator of this cartoon to apologize, i think you've got something comin for ya, b/c it isnt gonna happen.
