Subject: Adding Counter to Webtv page

Can I get into the source code for a webtv page to add javascript to put a counter in?

The javascript needs to have part of it put into the section. I don't know how/if I can edit source code to put that in the header.

Also, if the pictures of the digits to be used are in the scrapbook is that in the same directory as the webpages?
