ride him whenever you want, as long as hes being ridden. My only conditions for the lease are that he stays at FOH. Once the first month's lease is up, you have the option to buy him. If you decide you want to own him, then you can move him off of FOH, but i reserve buy back rights. While you are leasing, you can also breed him to any or your mares you want.
