Autumn is a bit mouthy, most likely because she is just a baby. Potential In: anything, but will need retraining History: This mare was born in November, very late for a racehorse. Because of this, she is considered a 3 year old according to the jockey club but is actually only two years old. Her owners raced her once, but she placed only 5th out of 7 horses. Instead of giving her more time to grow up and mature, her owners sent her to auction where she was slaughter-bound. We picked her up from a feedlot the day before she was to be shipped to the slaughterhouse For Auction: $7,000 I am selling Joy b/c I simply don't have time to ride and train her!
