The girl slowly opens her closed eye and gets to her feet, in no hurry. She sends a quik thread of magic to the boy, to see if he was any kind of mage. She would send a thread to the girl, but she too was not sure about her. She does not speak, but looks both in the eye, obviously she was not scared or uneasy about either. Suddeny, she takes out the second apple and a knife from her pockek. With a quick motion she slices the fruit in half and pockets one of the halfs. Biting into the remaining peice, she thinks about giving the other to the two. Nah, she thought, I stole it, didn't I?. She waits to see if either spoke or if the boy responded to her small thread of magic.
