Deep blue eyes peer at the boy, such curiousness nibbled at the edges of her mind. Shaking any other questions from her head, the girl smiles, full lips hinting a friendliness. Taking a some of the coins in her hand, she puts them in his hand, closing his fingers over them.

"I thank you for your kindness and hope that soon we shall meet once more. For now, I'll stay at the Docks, where I'll be most familiar. Good-bye, wily thief," the mermaiden answers. Giving no indications of how she knew his ways, her slender figure stands and walks gracefully off towards the Docks. Her flowing, white dress cascades behind her, the sleeves billowing like the foam on the sea. For someone who lived in water and had fins for 15 years, she was quite graceful on her feet..
