Subject: Weeping...

Megan sits in an alley, half hoping that someone will notice her and comfort her, half hoping no one will notice her becasue she is weeping. She looks down at herself, thinking about her only possesion, aside from her dress. Her knife.

Her mother had given it to her before she died. It is sparkling clean, even though Megan has hunted with it many times. She keeps it under her dress so people won't be afaid or so she can take her enimies on by suprise. She is a very good hunter and fighter. She is also very pretty. She has black hair, skinny, and has fair skin. She suddenly remembers, her knife is not her only possion, she still has the painting. On her 16th birthday, a few days before she...she pushes the thought away. Anyway, on her birthday, mother took Megan to a painter and got a potrait done of the beautiful 16 year old.

Megan took it with her when she...was forced away. She still had the painting rolled up in the folds of her dress. She realized she had stoped weeping, but then remembered why she was crying is the first place and the tears flowed strong again...
