Stop criticizing yourself because it doesn't work. Critisism never changes a thing so refuse to criticize yourself. Make a vow to yourself " Im not going to do this anymore. You have been criticizing yourself for years and years and your still criticizing yourself for the same things as you were before so it seems as though hasn't worked - has it ?

So lets try to start with another tactic. Lets start with being ok as you are and you can make changes. You can make changes without being a bad person. You can be ok - and just then change. Everybody changes. But when you criticize yourself your changes become automatically negative. But when you approve of yourself your changes are automatically positive.

Stop criticizing yourself now and forever more. Make a vow that thats what you want to do.

Stop scaring yourself. Dont make a mountain out of a mole hill.(creating worse possible scenario)
