As the council welcomed their newest member, a text-only message began saving to their system:

"Attention Cybertronian Council! Status update from Designate Windshear.

Present coordinates: unknown, aboard the bridge of a vessel this unit believes to be designated 'The Rynestone.'

Situation: Uncertain. Low on power and heading toward nearest structure potentially housing sentient beings. Designates LEGOman and Shadow are with this unit presently. Status of LEGOtopia is undetermined at this time. Last known coordinates of designates Prowl and Imperial NOVA were within prior named realm, and with designate Ryno present, this unit is uncertain of their well-being. Present location of designate FawnDoo also unknown.

Designate Windshear must keep message breif. Presently we are functional, but others may require assistance. This unit will continue to broadcast this message as likelihood of it reaching you is uncertain. Designate Windshear will make a more complete report of recent events when...and if..able.

In time, Perceptor would check the council's private message banks and find with some relief that a missing counciller was accounted for. Windshear's concern for Prowl and Imperial NOVA would also come as an irony for, while the pair was in fact safely here on Cybertron, it was Windshear himself who was lost somewhere, and they with no means of finding him. But the fact that he functioned would still be good news, and they would hear from him and see him again soon....
