Subject: Clear your schedules, it's time for Jersey Shore

Listen up kids,

If anyone is interested in going to the Jersey shore this Summer, I propose that we leave Thursday, June 20th and come back Sunday the 23rd. This is basically a long weekend, so you should be able to just get off work that Friday. Since the Jersey shore is much closer than VA Beach, it won't be a hassle to drive down. We have limited windows to make this trip possible. It's the first weekend after the DHHS Graduation. The next weekend is also a possibility, the 27th-30th. The weekend after is 4th of July weekend, and I for one will be working 14 hours a day that weekend. So, lets try to figure out if the 20th-23rd will work, and lets clear the time from our jobs. Also, if anyone is having a grad party, then we might have to find another weekend. I'm working on finding a place for us to go. I have a pretty sweet deal lined up and i'll get back to everyone once i get some specifics and I see how much interest there is in the trip.
