Subject: Rebuttal

Now, after reading the challenges by Goodman and Dano, I feel that a reply is warranted. First off, some of the facts are wrong..I did not get into a fight with a fellow NU student, and Dan, I told you what street I was on..I stated Admiral St. numerous times. You werent able to follow directions, you drove past the bar or like when you got people lost on the VB trip. It was not my intoxicated state but your sense of direction thats as good as Emilia Airhearts. The "rockstar" title was formed at the start of senior year when Eric and I stayed up all night drinking at Jons house, when everybody else...including Dan...fell asleep quite early. Eric and I continued this during other social events, such as at party after prom at(which neither Dan or Goodman were present) and the infamous Yawgoo as well. It was merely a joke between my associate Eric and I. And, you can look at it this way too...somebody had to pick up the slack, cause after your show in NYC the afterparty was not what true rockstars should have put on. It was similar to an afterparty for a Celine Dion or Luther Vandross show, not Kiss or Dave Matthews(which somebody apparently models their musis influence after). Tom, Kevin, and Chris..pay no attention to the above. The second point I feel I must mention is Dans title of "The Man, the myth, and the legend" Now where did this arise from? Let us examine the three elements to this statement. "The Man" usually implies that a person has done great things or held prestigious jobs...Dan has been a cashier at two supermarkets and a lifeguard. He had a chance to be "the man" when he claimed to be able to get myself, Chris, and Brown into a football game when he was working for a semi-pro team. However, when we attempted to gain entry buy dropping Dans name, they said they had no idea who it was, and asked others but they had no clue. Matt and Planicka can back me up on this one. "The myth"..well there is no myth surronding Dan. And as for a legend..I will admit he meets this criteria. He has crashed his van and parents car more times than any of the girls we know. The street signs in Madison are not safe from him. Gentleman, this is why our car insurance is so hign, because Dan drives WORSE than women. Now let the tour continue and again, welcome Tommy. Later peeps
