It will hold irresponsible dog owners accountable and it removes the breed specific language from Ohio's Revised Code. The Bill is set for a Sponsor Hearing on May 4 2005 and we ask everyone in Ohio and across the country to flood the Agriculture Committee with emails, calls and faxes this week. ACF is working with the Sponsor of HB189 and will be lobbying the State Capitol. The Ohio Dog Wardens Association is attempting to introduce a counter bill which will be breed specific, It being sponsored by Representative Jim Huges. ACF will update everyone on this bill in the next email alert. At this time we ask everyone to forward this email alert to all your email lists.
