I have been around... First, i was in FON (many years ago) and it was there when EoS and FON were friends that i met Ka Null..
After the elven guilds disbanded, i moved to SoE, where i ended up becoming the GM for a time, however, time was not on my side and i quit the SoE leadership due to time constraints, and shortly after left Ultima Online for the first time. I then returned to VKR, from there i worked my way up in rank and established a faction from which a few guilds joined forces to compete with the larger guilds. This was a success in many ways. The faction was called The Sworn Defenders of the People (SDP), the guilds involved where N'W, P^E, VKR, DoD and shortly after, TDR joined. Some of you may remember that, im not sure if you would or not though. Time constraints again got the best of me around 3 months later and my time in UO dwindled. 10 Months ago, roused by friends from VKR, i came back to the VKR fold and 9 Months ago, took over as Lord of VKR. I reigned for a mere 3 months before handing it over to my successor, the current Lord Gustav. Since, i have been a wanderer, i am a member of VKR and often my council is sought, however, i have no rank of mention.
2 Weeks ago however, myself and my beloved girlfriend decided that Oceania needed a push in the right direction, to that end, we are working on a large scale RP plot to help harness how the guilds deal with one another in an ongoing fashion. I cannot go into much details with the idea except with those that intend to bring the guild back, however, i will say that already, i have many guilds involved, including many of the older ones and some of the newer ones. This is how i believe i can most help DoD shuold someone be willing to claim the leadership. I already have the friendship of many GM's and this can be used to arrange events, both in and out of public eye, both in and out of larger plots.
The Names i use are: Rydel, Alerion, Terak and previously, i used the names Autumn and Kendra, however, those characters are no more.
Whilst, ive never been in DoD to any extent, i have visited the alley on many occasions, both when i was in SoE due to the two towns bordering, and when i was part of the SDP.
Hopefully, i dont scare anyone off with my attempts. :)
