Age of Shadows Publish Update
In preparation for Age of Shadows shipping tomorrow in the US, Canada, Australia, Korea and Taiwan, we’re getting ready to publish the Age of Shadows code to each of the shards in those territories.
We are targeting to release this publish to each of these shards during their next regularly scheduled maintenance periods. If you’re playing on a shard in North America, Korea, Taiwan, or Australia, please check our maintenance schedule here to see when the next scheduled maintenance period for your shard will be.
With the amount of changes being made in this publish, we expect a significant amount of extended downtime during these maintenance periods (possibly 4-5 hours). We ask that you please be patient while we get these shards ready for the Age of Shadows expansion (and please be flexible – we’ll try to stay as close as possible to our regularly scheduled maintenance times for this publish, but it’s possible that some may be delayed an hour or more).
We’ll be releasing more information today on more specific additions in the publish, and we’ll keep you informed if we digress from the publish schedule listed above.

Slight Delay for Australian and Korean AoS Publish
We stated in an earlier FYI today that we would stay close to the regular maintenance schedule wherever possible as we roll out the Age of Shadows publish to our North American, Korean, Australian, and Taiwan shards, but we also stated there might possibly be a delay. Turns out that statement was accurate, and we’ll be delaying the Australian and Korean publishes by a few hours to coincide with the Taiwan publish at 6:00 PM today CST (that’s 11:00 AM AEDT, and 9:00 AM KST). Regular maintenance will also be postponed until this publish is ready to go live. As of now, the publish times for the North American shards have not changed.
We’ll continue to keep you informed if the publish schedule changes again, and we’re extremely grateful to our Australian and Korean players for their patience.
