Ladro my old friend !
How nice it is to have you stop by once again.

The realm of UO has changed greatly since your departure, so much so that many aspects would seem all brand new to even the most jaded vet. *looks to Ladro* The realm was stagnant for a time there, but now the realm is evolving & changing & some of us feel the best is yet to come.

It's curious actually. Many ppl say "Hey..Come & play (insert latest hot release here) Its THE best game" & then a few months later it's "Come & play (insert latest hot release here). Its THE best game" But the thing is for them its a different "Best" game every few months. For some of us die hard UO'ers there is no better place to be than in Britannia. & It isnt just because of the game. Its that special commradery that we have developed between each other. Some of us just seem to 'click'. I never thought I would play a game & form such tight bonds with faceless, distant folks. But I have.

Like this eve, several of us were up till the wee small hours chatting...chatting like old friends around a table with a few brews in the local Pub. I daresay it will be awhile yet before UO loses it magic for me. Every now & then I have my moments of 'why am I still here?' But then an ingame friend whisks me away into the realm & I am caught up in the magic of UO once again.

It would have to be a very special game to lure me away from UO & so far they haven't made it.

Take care my Old Friend.
May your travels be safe till we meet once again.
*hugs*
