Some very good and valid points have been brought to our attention by Thomus, about the way I approached the voting system. With his input I have made some changes.
Each member will now vote for one person in each group who they wish to be council member. This way you get to have your say as to whom represents you all on our council, and not just one from your group.

All votes to be sent via ICQ to Synergy. This is to provide a privacy that may ease any self concious voting or vote following. Each person must submit 3 votes, one for Events, one for Diplomats and one for Recruitment. **you may submit a vote for yourself if you wish**

Once all members have submitted their votes, we shall organise a ceremony to announce our new council.
