From FYI:

The master housing registry has been successfully activated, and is now active for all shards.

If you already own a house on any shard and you place a new house on any shard,
or are traded a house on any shard,
then ALL of your houses except for that newest one will become Condemned.
Please consider this if you are looking to place or collect a new house from now on.

However, the ability for co-owners/friends to claim houses owned by inactive accounts has been postponed. The �claim ownerless house� activation will not begin tomorrow, and the schedule posted in a previous FYI is no longer valid. We will be posting more information as soon as we can regarding when this aspect of Phase 2 will be introduced. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

And to reiterate what was also stated in that FYI from earlier today:

The ability for full-owners to be able to set their homes as �Primary Houses� will not be implemented as part of today�s scheduled changes.

More information on the ability to set Primary Houses will become available later this week.
