If his brother was able to use his account to take the tower. Why can he not use his brother's account to return it?

Scamming brother or not, Masok is responsible for the actions of his character. This is true even if he was not "in his right mind". My view is that Masok owes reparations to our guild!

SoE should condsider Masok a security risk until they can be certain that his scamming alter ego is gone for good. They can not simply wash their hands of the incident because one of their members was temporarily possessed. The good name of SoE was used to give credibility to the scammer. I say that they must take the matter seriously in two ways. Firstly, there must be a penalty to the offending character. Secondly, there must be some attempt to compensate for the lost tower.

Of course Masok would rather suffer the in-game repercussions of this theft than real-life conflict with his scamming sibling. The in-game repercussions are almost non-existent. His buddies all think he is a great guy, his guild turns a blind eye and his brother sleeps soundly in his big fat tower on the doorstep of Darkstone!

We must demand justice. I don't care if SoE scamms it back again but they cant just walk away. And Masok cant just say it wasn't me, it was my evil twin.

As you, no doubt, can tell, Tual Masok has failed to satisfy me with his cheap apologies and indignant defense. Let him stand before the gathered members of our guild and tell us what he will do to right this wrong. Even if the best he can do is surrender his own home or gather resouces a few months.

What say you guildmates?

Yours in righteous fury,

Thomus
