You aint rid of me just yet *hears the groans*
How many times have you heard ppl say this to you lately?
For me, I have heard these words too many times :(
& yes, I have been guilty of saying it too of late
*looks down & shuffles feet*
I know a lot of us are fed up waiting for that ever elusive copy of LBR to arrive. I have to ask whether EA wants any of us as customers at all, given their shocking performance with the release date.
So what can we do?
*waits to be inundated with ideas from inspired minds*
We seem to all be relying on what this game can do for us.
Maybe we should see what this game will let us do for ourselves?
In the past, some of you have suggested that you may have the inspiration within you, to plan a guild event.
I am begging you to get planning *gets down on knees*
Please ppl, we need some ‘spice’ in this game before we lose too many more of our good folk.
In the past, we have had Ka’s famous Death hunt, other wise known as the scavvy hunt. Who can forget some of those brain-benders?
We had the Darkstone Cup (the Alleys answer to the Melbourne Cup horse race)
So come on ppl, plz, plz put on your thinking caps & see what you can come up with.
And don’t think you have to do it alone. *shakes head* uh uh
Draft anyone who you think can help you plan it.
Maybe 2 or 3 ppl could brainstorm an idea together?
Maybe a riddles thing?
Maybe something using the barkeeps?
Maybe something on the high seas?
Maybe a themed hunt?
I don’t know, but I hope you got some ideas……

P.S. Me personally, I plan to give LBR a go & see what the first couple of scenarios hold in store for us. LBR will decide my long-term fate in this realm.
I just know that I would miss all of you terribly if I was to leave now, just as I miss the ppl who have already left us.
To all those, who have been feeling disenchanted in UO of late, I hope you will hang in there with me :)
