Subject: Another Hunt Night!! Author: Darrien [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: Fri, Jan 11 2002, 05:28pm Once again the brave souls of DoD were called together to partake in a hunt in the deepest, darkest nasty locations in all of Sosaria, a medium turnout by guild standards saw the troops readying themselves at the tavern before leaving to chance death. http://members.optushome.com.au/rosie99/IMAGES/thurs1.jpg" Our 1st stop this night was the Hythloth Deamon Room, with Lady Darriens seemingly endless run of hunts without deaths, young Synergy decided that while hunting with Darrien it was most likely that she to would be invincible....... http://members.optushome.com.au/rosie99/IMAGES/thurs2.jpg" WRONG!!! Then despite her annoying bragging of her inability to collect death robes, the Lady Darrien showed she was not so bright and that she was not used to being in a guild proper when she so kindly decided to unleash a mass damage spell from a distance while the guilds brave warriors stood toe to toe with the deamons...the result was well lets say suprising and less then appreciated! http://members.optushome.com.au/rosie99/IMAGES/thrus3.jpg" The group managed to make a quickfire 32k for the guild coffers, with minimal loss(1 robe syn and 1 robe archie) before moving on to a not bigger but definately nastier foe...Blood Elementals. http://members.optushome.com.au/rosie99/IMAGES/bloods.jpg" Once again our brave(or stupid some would argue) warriors charged in with no regard for their own safety and a combination of fine melee skills, good cross healing and many many " in vas mani" we at the time Lady Darrien departed for bed had managed to fell 3 Bloods for the loss of only 1(Vain) I know not where this tale ended that night but im sure more deaths were caused and recieved and once again much fun was had...It was fun to have Squall along this night, thanks for coming mate and it would be great to see a few different faces on the next few hunts.
