Subject: Birthday Message from the band

My friend has just got the all clear from cancer she has battled with for the last 3 years. She follows U2 religously its her 40th birthday next week and I really want her to receive some sort of gift whether it be a signed post card/birthday card or any sort of recognition. I'm not expecting the world, but would love my friend to be totally blown over on her day. She really deserves this I admire her so much. Can anyone help me??? I havent a clue where to start......
