Well we all think that there are such things called outtakes because of the Achtung Baby Working Tapes, but honestly, there is no set outtakes for songs, they just don't jump from one song to another. What is caught on tape is an outtake. So Im sure you can call every song U2's ever done as an outtake.

But for the Achtung Baby Working Tapes, there is one site dedicated to it, I havent seen it in a while. Check The U2 Experience Links Section for Salome Outtakes or Achtung Baby Working Tapes, I dont know what its name is.
And I know that for The Joshua Tree, there was a song called Moving Out which ended up being Mothers Of The Dissapeared I suppose, but they sound so much alike, so it really doesnt make a difference. And there are a few outtakes that just arent popping up in my mind right now. But only a few, as in a couple, as in maybe about two that I know of. I doubt you'll ever find what your looking for, other than the achtung working tapes, cause outtakes-let's put it this way.....don't make much sense.
