Subject: PopMart En Mexico Burst Video

I just watched the Pop Mart En Mexico video for the very first time, on Burst.com's software.

If you havent checked it already its in a browser window, and you can easily make it full screen. As far as the quality of it...It's about the same as Real Audio, except for one major thing..No buffering, no net congestion, it was streaming or as they put it "bursting" all the way through. I did have one minor stoppage, where it did buffer in it's own way. It was cool though. It just had a pop up window with a 60 second count down. And after that I just click resume, and the whole thing was back to normal and played all the way through perfectly.

As far as the concert itself, it was the first time I saw it. I havent got the video itself yet, and I might, but I really wasnt enjoying it as much as I did with Zoo TV sydney or rattle and hum. It was really dark, and it just seemed so empty on some songs. I really liked Discotheque, Please, HMTMKMKM, and some others I cant think of right now.

All I did was sign up and download, I had to unzip it, click setup, and then click through next and finish, and then go to the U2 Burst page, and it played. I dont know if you need the windows media player/burst bridge(whatever that is) but I have it.

I can see a future concert being broadcasting live via the internet. With the way The Edge was talking. and the way they've been trying to push the technology all through the 90s. And along with the live netaid webcast. I really do see it hapenning.
