I don't think you can judge the lyrics based on the limited edition we've seen of them. Why not wait for the record to come out and after you hear it a few time them decide on whether you like it or not? I think Bono has always had some songs with lyrics that weren't too deep but they still make great songs. For instance, "In the name of love" doesn't have "DEEP" lyrics but is still a great song. Seriously, give it a chance before you blast it, I for one love what little I've heard from the record and I will form my opinion once I've heard the ENTIRE thing....
