Subject: U2/the Clash

I was watching that VH1 countdown of the greatest artists of hard rock and I was shocked by what Henry Rollins had to say about the Clash being the band that U2 wished to be. There is a big difference in the bands even though they have punk backgrounds. In my opinion, Bono is more sensitive than Joe Strummer and friends will ever be and U2 is a more sensible band than the Clash. When it comes to both bands, I'll take U2 over the Clash anytime!
