約翰包華(John Powell)在他所寫的<為甚麼不敢告訴你我是誰?>一書中指出:人與人之間不能夠有真正的溝通,直至彼此察覺對方的感受.換句話說,你可以知道一個人的思想,理念,價值,判斷...可是直至你了解他的感受,才能進入他的內心,否則你仍然是站在他的門口,並不是與他一起坐在客廳中.這就是同感的意思.
你是否能站在對方的處境,去體會她/他的感受呢?
