You need to be able to resskill/horsekill, and shit talk a LOT on message boards and in game. You have to be prepared to have your chars reputation ruined and also prepared to stay in DJ's, cause after this no other guild will take you.

And a message to Xrell who no doubt will delete this message, (censorship huh?) Joche has ruined DJs partly be recruiting mindless players and by his own playstyle, and guess what?...yup, he is dragging you all down with him.
