Subject: a pair walk in

Horseless, the man walks powerfull forward, his long emcompassing stride almost comically matched to his short, thin body. He walks over to the front bar and calls to a waitress.
"Woman, Is there a suite that we can inhabit for two weeks? If not I am urgently in need of a bed for myself and my companion, and I will pay what is nessescary." he places a heavy bag on the counter containg more than a two weeks board. "I need nourishment and a maid for my lady, who is with child. I will pay for that also." he stands at the bar, waiting for a response, his fingers tapping hurriedly on the bench, his face set in a unhappy mood.
Lingering on the doorstep, the withering woman stands tall, her eyes dimmed, her head lowered. Her face flashes with pain,. and putting a skeleton hand to her belly, strokes the infant within.
