As Decius contacted his assistant, an encrypted call came in to his message banks from the Lady Embyr:

"Decius. It's Embyr. When you have a moment, I would have you stop by my chambers. There is a matter of great import to thi sold lady's engine that I wish to discuss.

I appeal to your honor, one Decepticon veteran to another; it's time we began rebuilding the Cybertron we desire, and reclaim what was once ours.

The terse recording ended as quickly as it began. Would Decius have time to respond to the once-proud female warrior? Would he want to, knowing full well that what she sought was born of an old Autobot account, and that only made it even more fanciful a notion? Still, there were so few Decepticons around, and Embyr had been one of the more respectable ones in her day. Ultimately, once he recieved the message, the decision would be Decius'...
