mel,
a suggestion for making sure people have read the rules before they joined. At the bottom of the rules page you should post a phrase and when the person posts in the hjoining board they have to post it so you can be sure they have read the rules. Like in one RPG I play u have to post forgive your enemies, nothing irritates them more before you can join.
