if a mare is stole with a filly at her side, does the stallion still chase the filly out, or let her stay, considering he's not her sire ?

It depends, if the foal is still young the stallion may kill it, or he may just leave it alone. If it is like a yearling or older he will probably leave it alone.

that's not exactly what i meant, but helpful. bourkan just left, my mare, insignia was in his harem ... what should i do with her. i dont want to quit the foal, or kill it off ... i just killed off my other one [ soliel ]. but what i meant, is if its a filly, could the stallion, whom' isnt her real sire, keep her as a mare of his own ?
