Ok, I went through and read all the posts, and Zac from what I can Jessica just fed DS and put him in a stall. Like Jessica said if you are going to capture a horse you need to be more active, it is not fair to the other player if their on like every day and you are only on a couple times a week. Now about this letting the player of DS decide I'm gonna let you two work that part out, maybe you two could share or something? Also if you like I could flip a coin to decide about who DS stays with, but I'd prefer if you two could work it out between yourself in a reasonable manner.

That its fair that we let the horse decide. But i can be civilized about it. I just hated the fact of an inactive owner.. trying to gains a horses trust.. when they never post! I said hello when i first walked up to the horse... no one answered.. i gained your horses trust quicker than you. If your gonna complain about it ill leave it alone.. but if that horse escapes because you were treating it unfair.. god help you...

Zac if you were on every day you should have posted(not trying to pickmon you or anything). The player of DS has no way of knowing if you are on or not if you don't post, and if you wanted Jessica to leave DS alone you should have said something(nicely). She had no way of knowing you wanted her to leave she just thought you were unactive and was interacting with DS until you posted again.
