1) Any student who challenges your authority should be punched in the stomach. Make sure no one is looking and if the kid complains deny what you did. If the student is female she should be raped. Again deny what you did if a complaint is made.
2)Do not concern yourself with unsuccessful students you still get a pay cheque at the end of the month regardless of how well your students perform
