Of course, it's still in the stage of general legislative wrangling, and there's no telling what will actually be passed. And then it has to be put through the Senate meat-grinder, which will change and distort it more.

So much bullshit and wrongness in this world. I was especially amused by Mr. Ridge's assertion that "The last thing we want is Americans spying on Americans." Suuure.

I can't wait to vote. Must start researching....
