Subject: The poop hit the fan

The world is fucked up.

My girlfriend probably lost her son in a trial, where the influential psychologist advised in favor of the father. The bad thing is that she didn't get a chance to tell the court how HE'S been behaving (badly, bordering onto let's call it maladjusted), while HE got his whole family to testify, in support of things that even I know first hand are blank lies. Not even a chance for an appeal, because it will take a year to get a new trial, and by then he will have obtained the invincible argument of attachment. She's totally devastated. She keeps scaring me by joking about learning to make a slipknot. Hurty.

And then, just for the universe to really rub it in, a car pushes my bike out in a speedy curve. I make a somersault against the sidewalk, and my collar bone snaps in half. Result: my exams suddenly get a little harder, and almost every other hand-requiring task gets impossible. Humiliating.

So. I hope to pick up the chatting here later on, but first things have to be dealt with.
