Did you know Laos was so severely bombed (20 million tons of bombs if I am not mistaken) that entire areas of the country har to be completely rebuilt from scratch. What they used for construction materials for their new towns were in large part old bombs. A lot of these are not detonated. Yet. One person every twenty-five minutes ever since the war (20 years?) is killed or maimed by american bombs lying around the terrain. Uncle Sam, it seems, is not yet entirely house broke.

Grudge, me? I felt so much sympathy for the American nation one year ago, but these days I'm just more pissed off and scared than ever. I have a really hard time seeing the difference between W. and the dictators he's fighting. The best I can think of is that MAYBE the eastern dictators are aware that they're killing humans for personal gain, and MAYBE they're thinking twice once in a while about what they do.
