Here is one such forum I found http://www.myupb.com/viewscript.php?module=upb There are many freeware forums to choose from and alot can be found here - http://www.hotscripts.com/ It would be much more appropriate for the LEA to host their own forum instead of using one which contains adverts. It would also be more reliable in the long run as many free online forum providers cease to offer there services after an extended period of time.
