Subject: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

This is how my day began. My daughter was so excited and this was really the first year for that...now that she's a grown-up 6 years old, lol. She woke me up before 7:00 with a warm and gooey choc. chip cookie straight from the microwave(she knows I love those and am not allowed to have them, lol....next year she should know how to fill my syringe with insulin and bring it along too, lol)and an ice cold mug of Diet Coke...filled to the top with ice! All my favorites!
My mom wanted to go out to dinner and I REFUSED! No worse service OR food then on Mother's Day...ugh! So, we had brunch at my folks and then will go back for dinner...blood rare prime rib...YUUUUUMMMMMY!! Tomorrow night we'll dine out. Where do you find the best Jewish families? Chinese or rib restaraunts, lol!! We're doing Chinese.

What did everyone else do? This counts for the Mom's that have furry kids...and the Mom's that have their significant other's kids, and the Dad's that are Mom's..etc. etc. My kid has been "edible" all day today. In past years she was too young to really care, lol, but this year she just can't do enough.....too cute!!

I promise to come back and catch up when I get home tonight!

Is just too precious. I'm happy your day is so nice. We went to have dinner with Jennifer and Carl, Tommy, Caroline & Rebecca. It was noisy but lots of fun. When we came in Caroline yelled "surprise" cause she considers any and all holidays to be surprise parties. They gave me a little mommy bear that Caroline & Tommy picked out. It was a great weekend. After the lousy Friday I had, the weekend turned out just fine. Last night we had dinner with Sharon and George and got to meet Sharon's new future in-laws. They are great...very friendly and warm. It's such a good feeling to know that both my "babies" are taken care and are with wonderful young men. Now bring on the babies!!
