Sometimes this City gets on my nerves. Too big, too much for the tourist and not for the locals (pot holes and such). And us locals can't afford to do anything here. grumble-grumble...

The weather is great, but sometimes I'd like to live someplace that has a more "real" quality to it. It's all plastic here.

When did you say you lived here?

I don't think I'd ever want to live there again. But ohhhh the weather. I loved being able to go to the mountains, the desert, the beach, L.A. or Mexico within an hour and a half. You're right though, it is kinda "plastic" there, huh. Don't get me wrong, I love Wisconsin with all it's "real" people and scenery. I guess San Diego still holds a special place with me. I lived in North Park, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Poway, Escondido...party animal, moved alot! 1975 - 1985 ..I'd like to go back sometime...but, yanno what? I think I've still got a stinking warrant out for me there!...LOL Got into a bit of trouble and skipped out!..hehehe. Young and dumb...yanno? Aaaaahhhh, they wouldn't still have that silly warrant active...? Maybe some day I'll chance it, just to see how things have changed.

is still as crazy as it was. Wheeler and dealers abound. You need not worry about the warrant, statute of limitations and all. You should come visit, there are lots of changes, especially downtown. It's a real tourist trap, fer sure, but fun to people watch sometimes.

Back to woik!

I was right in the middle of it all! ...and Sunset Cliffs! That hasn't changed much either, I'm sure. Maybe some day...
