And the air quality is bad. Great, I tell ya. I left my home AND cell numbers with the sfs dr.'s office. When I got home from errands, there was a message from the docs office. Did they try my cell? NOOOOooo. Grrr. PLUS they gave me all sorts of attitude about A needing more pain meds. AND they gave me attitude about our insurance needing a pre-authorization for the Physical Therapy that the doc ordered for her. AND they gave me MAJOR attitude because I mentioned it's exam time at school and that if she has an exam scheduled, I may have to call and change her appointment time on Thursday (it's the "stitches out" appt.) She said, "well, he's only here Tuesdays and Thursdays. So if you want to call and change the appt., that's up to you." I said, "well, she has to pass her exams too!" And she said, "he's only here on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so you're taking your chances if you want to call and change the appointment." GRRR! Way to work WITH the paitents, sfs office staff.
