: proud? yes she was proud...proud of her dam, sire and the herd she belonged to...proud that she had not followed in FO's footsteps, and proud of the mare she had become, despite what one mare may think... --- she was not in anyway blinded by her pride...she too was aware of the things a strong herd was built on - but she would not accept Lady as an ally....nor would she fight the mare, as it was not her place...she would simply remain silent, as she had wished to....snorts once more....it seemed worthless to even attempt to reason with Lady...both were both strong willed, and it was now becoming clear that neither would back down....:

:snorts repeatedly before turning away, mind clouded with the hate-filled words of the mare....never would she forget....:
