It’s always nice to have safety supplies near by for any reason. You may have a personal one in the car for you and your family, but what about little Jeppeto. Let’s say he gets in a big nasty fight at the park with Killer, the overly obese dog. Your dog gets a couple of snaps in and wins the fight but he has a tiny cut on his nose. You think it not that bad so you decided just to wash it off and go on with life. Well later that night bacteria decided to go on a little trip and under up on your dog’s nose. The next morning you see the cut oozing white stuff and swollen. Now you have to go to the veterinaries and pay lots of money. All of this could be prevented with a doggie first aid kit. You can make your own, just be sure to include these items:

• Ace bandage
• Antiseptic towelettes
• Aspirin (baby) (2 for adults, 1 for puppies)
• Antibiotic ointment
• Baggies (Incase you see worms in your pets stools)
• Benadryl (sealed pills)
• Cotton balls
• Cotton wrap
• Gauze (2" or 3"; sterile)

• Gauze pads (3x3 or 4x4; sterile)
• Razor blade (to cut out burrs and what not)
• Scissors w/round ends
• Soap
• Sun block
• Tape, plastic first aid
• Tweezers
• Gauze tape
• Eye wash
