Eli'ana looks up at Asis'sari with a surprised-yet-unsurprised look. She hadn't asked him to follow her, and she didn't know if he would have... but she wasn't shocked that he did. She forces an empty smile, not caring if he sees through it or not. It wasn't that she was really sad... she wasn't, she was happy, but... she was confused. And how could she really tell him what was wrong? Tell him that the reason she wasn't completely elated was because maybe she wasn't really in love with the father...maybe she was in love with him, instead.
Brushing her hair away from her face, Eli'ana smiles again, a bit more genuine. She looks up at him, with both a maternal glow and inner-turmoil.
"It's not... I'm fine, really. I'm fine." She looks down, grinning beside herself. She pauses for a moment, then continues in a quieter, half-happy voice. "I'm with child, Arrov."
